This is one of my favorite, post work-out protein smoothies. It’s delicious, simple to make and fulfilling.
In a blender add:
- 1 1/2 cups of water (sometimes I substitute water for almond milk)
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 1/2 cups of mixed frozen fruit (mine includes strawberries, mango and raspberries)
- 1 scoop of plant based protein powder, chocolate flavor (use a protein powder of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter
